OFA: In the library

Nikola is getting rusty.

But he has a good enough memory that despite the fact that it's been a good twenty years since he sat down at a piano, he's doing a fairly decent job of making his way through Au Claire de la Lune.

He doesn't play well, but he plays with great expression.

She pulls in a breath, letting her head rest back against his shoulder. "I bet you will," she murmurs, intending to push his hand back; she ends up just resting hers over it, fingers curling between Nikola's.

"Intending to have time to follow through on that tonight?"

"I was thinking of it." His head dips further as he drags his lips over her neck.

That gets a quick gasp as she shudders once again, the hand on his shoulder sliding up to the back of his neck, curling around it.

"Now who's being a tease?" she breathes.

He chuckles, deep in his throat, and accompanies the vibrations with a soft burst of electricity from his lips. "I'll put out if you ask me to. You can count on that."

Her breath is coming faster, a little less smoothly as she bites her lip at that burst of electricity. "I have to ask?"

The sparks over her skin are barely noticeable, but god does it feel good. "You keep that up, and...we're going to be in an interesting situation," Raya whispers, goosebumps prickling up her arms.

"Oh?" He smirks, his other hand coming around to rest on her hip. "How interesting?"

"I think they draw the line here at sex in public," she breathes, only half-joking.

[ps_you_look_hot]

"That's really too bad," Nikola whispers. "But there's nothing quite like sex in a sports car..."

She manages a little laugh. "I'm trying to figure out if that's convenient or contrived," she says. "Are you that impatient?"

[ps_you_look_hot]

"When you get to be my age, patience is less a virtue than a matter of course." He drops a kiss behind her ear, pressing closer against her.

"When I get there, I hope I'll remember to confirm that," she whispers, with a small sigh at the kiss behind her ear, though the body pressed full-length against her back keeps her from relaxing back into it entirely.

"I'd hate to make you wait more than necessary."

"There comes a limit to every man's patience, of course," Nikola murmurs, his voice a low rumble in her ear.

"Of course," she echoes, beginning to take a step away, and finding he has quite an effective way of holding her against him, with one hand below her navel, and the other sliding against her hip.

"We should go," Raya breathes softly.

Nikola lets her go slowly, hands sliding over her body as she does.

"We certainly can."

Her breath catches in her throat at his hands sliding over her with a shudder. "We really should, since you're not stopping."

[ps_you_look_hot]

"You haven't asked me to," Nikola says, but he steers her off the dance floor anyway.

"Didn't say you needed to," she murmurs over one shoulder. "Just that you haven't." She lets him lead her away, back to the door, and works on pulling her composure back together. Nikola is getting increasingly good at pulling it away.

In that case, Nikola will keep a hand at her waist all the way out of the club and back to the car.

"You can get girls into such trouble with that," she breathes.

[ps_you_look_hot]

"Can and have," Nikola murmurs, opening the car door for her.

[x_coriare]

She shakes her head, managing a smile that's equal parts amusement and complete loss of control over this situation. As if that hadn't happened when she agrees to get into a car with Nikola.

Well tonight was turning all kinds of interesting she really hadn't anticipated. "And are," she says softly. Tense is everything.

Nikola grins as he gets into the driver's side. "Oh, I wouldn't say I'm getting you into trouble. Not yet."

"Oh, wouldn't you?"

She can't help the grin back at that. "What would you call what you're doing, then?"

[ps_you_look_hot]

He considers for a moment. "Leading you down a very interesting path."

[x_coriare]

Raya has to think about the implications of that for a moment and bites her tongue lightly.

"Well now you've made me curious."
