[Milliways] Nikola and Justin

Nikola is not the sort of man to sit around waiting for someone to show up, no matter how blond and cute they may be. So once he's cleared away most of the incriminating detritus of his current experiments, he pulls out his laptop and starts logging the results of his last few trials.

Life without lab assistants can be so trying sometimes.

Justin hadn't hung around after his shift was up, as promised. So it's almost exactly two hours later that he's knocking on Nikola's door.

Nikola grins at the sound of the knock, glad to know Justin hadn't forgotten or been distracted. He glances at his watch to check the time and grins wider.

"Punctual. I'm very impressed," he says as he opens the door.

'Wouldn't want you getting bored and offering some other guy a tip.'

He smiles up at the much taller man, then looks past him into the room.

'Going to invite me in?'

Nikola steps back and gestures for Justin to enter. "Please. Unless you'd like to do this in the hallway."


Nikola's room is on the largish side, and half of it has been converted to a makeshift laboratory: strange, electrical equipment, coolers, and microscopes littered about. The other half looks like an old-fashioned hotel room: fireplace and chairs in one corner, a large, wood-framed bed in the other.

'Well, it's been known,' he quips as he slides past him and looks around.

'Wow. Cool place. Are you a scientist?'

Nikola shuts and locks the door behind him. (He's been accused of being paranoid on more than one occasion.)

He laughs softly. "Yes. I am a scientist." In his mind he's the scientist, but he can, on occasion, keep his ego in check.

Justin wanders over to the equipment and looks at it with interest, though he makes no move to touch any of it.

'What sort of stuff do you do?'

He shrugs. "Electrical engineering for the most part, though I've recently begun dabbling in biology."

He smiles smugly as he watches Justin in his lab. "You're familiar with radio, I assume?"

'Radio? Yeah, of course.'

Now he's wondering whether he looks like he's from archaic times.

'I'm from 2001. Why?'

Nikola grins, wide and smug. "I invented it.

"Well...discovered would probably be a more accurate description, but I invented the first radio receiver."

Whut.

'...how old are you?'

Nikola pauses for a moment, not because it takes him any time to do the math, but because he periodically forgets what year it is anymore.

"I'm 138. I believe."

No. Way.

'...well, you look pretty good for someone who should be dead.

Why aren't you?'

Nikola smirks. "Thank you."

He picks up a stray lightbulb from his desk and holds it between his fingers.

"I'm," the bulb lights up, "special."

Justin smirks right back and walks over to him, trailing a finger along the workbench behind him as he goes.

'Well. That remains to be seen, doesn't it?'

Nikola's smirk widens into a grin. "Mmm, yes. I suppose it does." He reaches for Justin and hooks his fingers in Justin's waistband, pulling him forward.

"So, tell me, Justin," he murmurs. "How...open are you? To new experiences?"

His eyebrow goes up, though he likes the way Nikola seems to know what he wants.

'Depends. What'd you have in mind?'

Nikola sets down the lightbulb and taps his fingers together absently, setting off tiny sparks.

"Nothing that would damage you."

'That's not very specific,' he replies, watching the man's fingers.

'How'd you do that?'

"Told you I was special," Nikola says, shrugging.

"Let me put it this way," he adds. "Have you used vibrators before? I don't need them."

'That must make you popular.'

He grins suddenly because a man who doesn't need vibrators but can do that with his fingers is definitely someone Justin wants to play with.

'As long as you stop if I ask you to, I'm game.'

"Not the sort of thing you can just pull out at parties," Nikola murmurs, chuckling.

He pulls Justin slowly over toward the bed.

"I promise not to continue anything you aren't enjoying."

Justin's a smart kid. He knows that what Nikola just said isn't exactly what he asked of him but what the hell, he's had a few drinks and the guy seems nice.

So he goes where he's pulled, letting the man take the lead for now.

'OK then. Your hands are obviously capable so I'll put myself in them.'

Nikola grins. "Wise choice."

He pulls Justin closer and kisses him hard, backing him steadily toward the bed.

He moves with him, wrapping his arms around his neck to both enjoy the kiss more fully and to avoid overbalancing. When the back of his knees hit the bed, he breaks off and sits down on it, looking up at Nikola with a come get me expression.

'Hope you're going to be able to keep up, old man.'

Nikola laughs as he straddles Justin's lap. "Oh, I don't think you'll have any complaints there."

He pushes Justin roughly to the mattress and holds himself over Justin to kiss his neck, occasionally nipping the skin.

He lets out a long breath at the kiss, turning his head to give more access.

'Mmmm. You talk a good game.'

And he's got no complaints about the way he seems to be able to back it up, either. His hands run up Nikola's sides, over his shoulders and come to rest in his hair.

'S'good.'

Nikola mumbles something unintelligible into Justin's skin and pushes his shirt up, dragging cool fingers over his stomach and chest.

He hums quietly, grinning up at the ceiling. It's nice to be desired.

'Take your shirt off. I want to feel you against me.'

Nikola chuckles as he lifts his head. "Yes, sir," he teases and shrugs off his jacket and starts unbuttoning his shirt.

'You want to be the only one giving out orders?'

He smirks, unbuttoning his own shirt properly, and with distinct come fuck me eyes.

'I don't mind if you do.'

His eyes get distinctly darker as he shrugs off his shirt and tosses it aside. "Oh, I don't think you're quite prepared for me to be giving all the orders."

He holds himself over Justin and smirks down at him. "I'm not kind to those who don't follow them."

'Oh really?'

Justin looks smug as he runs his hands down Nikola's body, though in his mind he's wondering about that look in the man's eyes.

'What would you do to me?'

Nikola dips his head to kiss Justin's chest as he speaks. "Well, to begin with, you wouldn't be allowed to come until I gave you permission." Which is usually where people start to object (though not always). "And I do love to make people wait."

He hums and scrapes his fingernails over Nikola's shoulders, one hand running up into his hair.

'Someone tried that with me once.'

He smiles at the memory which seems a long time ago.

'I came all over his new bedsheets. He was really mad. What would you do if that happened?'

Nikola chuckles and catches Justin's nipple in his teeth, tugging gently. "If that happened, I'd make sure you didn't come again that night." He lifts his head to smirk up at Justin. "At all."

He gasps and squirms under the teeth, a grin on his face as he drops his hands to his belt and starts unfastening it.

'That doesn't sounds very nice. I'll start thinking you're a bad guy, you keep talking like that.'

"I prefer the term 'morally ambiguous'," Nikola murmurs and pushes Justin's hands away to open his jeans himself.

"And I told you I wouldn't be kind."

'I think I can handle it.'

In a mood like this, Justin thinks he can handle anything. He's given no thought whatsoever to what sort of a man Nikola might be and right now, he doesn't care at all.

Nikola pauses with his fingers hooked in the waistband of Justin's underwear. "You think you can handle taking orders, or not being allowed to come?"

Important distinctions. He likes to know the boundaries of a situation before he gets into it.

Uh. He thinks? No, he's sure. He'll be fine. Nikola seems nice.

He smiles wickedly and tugs down Justin's jeans and shorts in one smooth motion, wrapping his long fingers around Justin's dick.

"If you think you're going to come, let me know. I'll make sure to stop you."
